My customers are everything to me, and it doesn't matter if you're a habitual
customer or have only bought from me once, you all matter. But I do sometimes
have to do something special for those customers who have honored me with
work more than once. So, this time it was a freebie raffle for my 'diamond' patrons!
The winner this time was the lovely spectre-circinus who wanted art of his pearlsick Wilderkin!
The best part of freebies is the freedom to experiment, and i really enjoyed going
for a rougher, grungier sketch look for him! Hope you guys like it!

Good gracious, I like the Wilderkin. Okay, so, my favorite things about this piece: the silhouette is super pleasing to the eye. I've always liked the way you frame your bust pieces like this. I LOVE the texture in his hair and fur. Wavy hair is really hard to accomplish and you did it with aplomb! I love seeing "imperfect" characters, especially old/scarred/sick/disabled. It's a highly under-represented group that can make for the most striking art! *pops a wheelie*
As always, wonderful! (wilderful?)
