When this went up I snapped it up in seconds xD I impulsed the shit out of it and I don't regret it! Looks like Celia is feeling a little shy about her costume, worrying about it not fitting properly and that it's showing too much cleavage.
I suppose I should mention that Celia rarely dons revealing garments, she's a bit more shy about her body compared to the other two and only goes for things remotely revealing if she doesn't have to go out in it.

Unfortunately for her Halloween may as well be renamed to Sluttoween given the sexified costumes frequently seen x3 Having said that, this is comparatively modest.
