I've got needlephobia myself.
To an extreme degree. I still haven't gotten the swine-flu vaccine, and I don't plan to.
I got a massive dinner-plate-sized gryphon on my back, and it was cool. ^v^
The trick is realizing that the needles being used for the tattoo are substantially different, and don't go nearly as deep. If you can convince yourself that it's a totally different concept, you're golden. ^v^

I'm not convinced it's useless, but I AM convinced that the immune-response booster in it, which is IDENTICAL to the one included in GUlf War 1 era anthrax vaccines, is the cause of Gulf War Syndrome.
Moreover, as a healthy, 20-year-old adult male with a strong immune system, I definitely do not fall into the demographic that has to worry about this joke.
