"King Kookaburra the Crowd-pleaser," tickle torture
Never underestimate a supervillain with silly powers. Tickle-powered villain King Kookaburra holds off superheroes Guard Dog and Streamline and super merc "Boxin'" Roxie Roolan. That's why he's the king! Roxie's brother, Bruce, is already on the ground, with just the tip of his foot making a cameo. (This could be a continuation of the other tickle pic with Bruce, or a different encounter.)

I realized while coloring this that I gave Bruce a more humanoid foot, with five toes. Not sure whether I'll keep that, or his more feral roo-like feet from an earlier pic.
