Original description: Looking back I remembered I hadn't touched Viper / Siraesa's design for almost two years, so I drew her again. Normally she's pretty cool and collected, but as you can see here she's a little crazy. And yes her hair can turn into snakes like Medusa, it's kind of her thing. What better time than October to draw a trained assassin, eh? xD This was fun, hope you like. ^_^
