Background information: Living in Waterbury Connecticut for most of his life, Steve was raised from a child to be the poster boy of the walktronic watch company, and later to inherit it from his parents in the 2060’s, he prides himself on fine craftsmanship, however when the bombs dropped Steve due to being immune to the radiation witnessed the beginning of the end, and for approximately the next 20 years he wandered the entire united states in hopes of finding any survivors that weren’t feral and tried to attack him upon sight, eventually he gave up and decided he would try and collect clocks in order to try and preserve the past so that the future may be more organised.
