This picture was taken at the 31st annual Lehigh Valley Festival and Car Show that benefits the Blue Ridge Chapter of Dream Come True. The event is held the first Sunday in October every year at Becky's Drive-In in Berlinsville, PA.

Duncan The Dog's popularity is legendary at that event! One lady that always has Duncan take a picture holding her own dog, which I was glad to do! There were indeed many high-fives, hugs, and pictures. I also handed out some balloons as Tom always does when he's there. It was sunny, in the eighties with high humidity, but I handled it with no problem at all. Kids definitely react better to the original Duncan. The Evil Duncan suit looks too dark and different, even with the horns removed. This was the first time in a few years that the original Duncan was there, many were glad to see him! Tom will be having Duncan re-built in the near future.
