He is smiling, he's just a touch crazy but clings to his emotions. When Death Knights were added to WoW I thought that everyone would make them either emo whiny or RAWAR I R EBIL! So I went for the complete opposite. He's a cheeky flirt who's friendly and helpful (even if you don't want his help).
