I can see the self-damage actually working out in Pichu's favor this Smash since the rage mechanic came into play XD As long as you can use Pichu's small frame to dodge things, he becomes a glass cannon after 100% (basically making him a smaller, slightly inferior Lucario). Not the best one but he's slightly more threatening than back in Melee haha
