This is the Jeffrey that's going to be in my book I'm writing.

Personality-He's reserved, somewhat shy, socially awkward, can come off as cold, aloof and slightly creepy at times when in reality he's quite the sweetheart. He has a severe mistrust of others (especially women) except a select few and usually prefers to keep to himself most of the time. He's creative and artistic. He has a hard time expressing himself.
Likes-Books, dolls/puppets/plushies, soft things, comfortable clothing, art, music, stars, candy (especially chocolate), lace,Blood Rose Chocolate cake (his favorite dessert), sleeping and flowers
Dislikes-Sports, being touched without permission, the heat, going to his psychologist/doctor, people who pry, people who interrupt his reading, being woken up from a nap, large crowds/parties and thunderstorms
Hobbies-Reading, writing, painting, playing piano, arts and crafts, listening to music, stargazing and singing (when no one's around)

Special Notes (side effects of his flower)
He always has the Everglow flower on him, usually on his wrist (right only). The color of the flower changes with the seasons and sometimes with emotions and the colors always match his hair.
Due to the flower feeding off his blood at times he experiences lethargy and his skin is somewhat pale.
His eyes change color with the sky, the lighting and at times the weather but they always have stars within them.
His hair changes color with the seasons; spring is usually black fading into violet but can sometimes be black fading into a light pink, summer is usually black fading into violet as well but can be black fading into a yellowish orange resembling the sun, autumn is black fading into a crimson or pumpkin orange and sometimes a spookyish green and winter is black fading into a raven or white like the snow.
The stars in his eyes and the faded part of his hair glow or become iridescent at times.
He can emit an ink like venom from his longish, thorn like nails that causes hallucinations and drowsiness (only lasts an hour).
He can emit ink from his fingertips that he can write with.
His finger and toe nails are naturally painted the same color as his hair and change color when it does.

Side Notes
He's a feminine male not a femboy.
He has a small beauty mark under his right eye.
He has a deep scars; a cross shaped one on his left wrist and vine like ones with thorns on his neck, right wrist, his waist and both his ankles.
He usually wears clothes that are feminine in nature (like having ribbons, lace and ruffles) but he doesn't crossdress. He's usually dressed in comfortable clothing but will wear formal attire that resembles Victorian style at times. He only wears bowties not ties.
He usually wears long, thinnish gloves in order not to poison people.
When the flower isn't around his neck he wears a choker with changeable charms or a scarf to hide his scar.

Small Bio
He was born with a mysterious illness that almost killed him but his mother, Amelia found a sort of cure known as the Everglow flower. It's a flower with magical properties that could heal her son of his mysterious illness but only temporarily. She and his father, Benjamin soon found out that the flower only lasts a month at a time so they would have to put a new one on him every month. They decided to use it still despite the flower being slightly parasitic and causing some rather strange side effects. Because of their decision Jeffrey lives and is known to them as their little Flower Prince. (If you want to know more feel free to ask)
