This was done with pencils on paper with a weight of roughly 190-200 paper weight. Smooth finish with another to actually take in the penciling but not too rough to where the actual texturing would show through the penciling. Yes it's the same paper. I wanted to try some close up shots but in graphite pencil since I only seem to do bust or headshot. I will be trying to work with different angles and even different subject matter. I love animals so I decided to stick to that
