ERrrr, original was MEANT to be at night, but I suck at arranging the dark without a lot of work and losing important detail.
SO, maybe the guy was listening to music, dozing off, and well....you can see and imagine the rest :3

Well, Sweets is a living costume, needs to be worn-then-merged-with to really be able to live and be happy.
He has a good amount of strength, even with no wearer.
He can go from crawling to standing or pouncing, depending on how determined he is to get a wearer.
Contrary to his appearance, he's a kind soul, and not one to completely mind-control-memory-erase-destroy-personality-thing to his wearer.
He'd just place his interests and personality a bit higher above your own. Changing you in various ways small and big, but not destroying who you are, essentially.
His headphones, ahhh, in the description to the original sketch version, I said that the headphones are for emergencies.
Like say it was a VERY unwilling person about to be costumed.
Like.......
Hysterical.
He'd use his own brand of hypnotic rap/hip-hop/R&B to relax his prospective wearer, calming them down until they're more likely to put him on (or zonked out so completely he can just take 'em).
