I have NO idea what the story behind these two is, but apparently "Ranger" here is a bit of a "big game bounty hunter." And the menacing figure in the moonlight is some sort of.... I dunno big vicious criminal? :3
I wanted to create a sort of "90s cartoon" feel to this by using flat colors on the characters, while making the backgrounds more detailed. You know. Biker Mice and all that. I like the results.
