Can't sleep, have to be up early, so I awkwardly try to tire myself out by processing oldish art. This one's from 2006! The original version was signed by hand, but I'd rather have my initials on this copy if it's all the same to you. Drawn in pen in a slightly crappy 5.5"x8.5" sketchbook over pencil I could've erased a little better. I seem to recall this guy was inked during a Business of the Internet course, which is about as jaw-droppingly boring as it sounds. Lucky for me my professor was cool with me drawing all the damn time.

Aglaophotis is a somewhat spacey City of Villains character of mine whom I haven't played in freaking forever (Fire/Dark Corruptor, if you care). He is, indeed, supposed to have six fingers. I don't entirely remember his backstory save for the fact that his birth name was Gaston Leroux, he sees sunshine and lollipops where other people see death and decay, and "purifies" people by setting them on fire. The chains are part of his body: each link is a soul he's "purified." He'd hover everywhere and I liked to assume he was never without that beatific smile.

Guy's got scales because scales are cool and a hair flower because he may or may not be some kind of weird plant-animal hybrid.
