Bro your not a sinner at all, this is a reason why I left the faith in the first place and found my own spiritual path, what you love and do is completely normal, no one is perfect not you or me or anyone on this earth is perfect for anything at all,no one will hate you for drawing porn or nude pics, if you like to do it then keep drawing them! at the end of the day, we're all just spiritual human beings here to experience this world and learn from it. *hugs* and if you don't feel if this religion is for you then you don't have to keep being a part of it , we all have a choice.
"In Christ, darkness has no claim on you. You are not of the night. You are a follower of the light and a child of the day. And soon, you will shine like the sun in your Father’s kingdom" - desiringgod on Twitter
you are no sinner, you are a wonderful person with a wonderful gift
you have an eye for beauty in all things, even things that might be taboo to some.........but beauty is in the eyes of the beholder
remember Jay, you are a beautiful person, with a wonderful and beautiful heart.........brighter than many i have seen
if Dog did not intend for us to have sexual feelings and urges, He would have made us all look like Donald Trump crossbred with Spongebob
ill leave you with that image in your head now hehe
also *hugs her friend tight*

Slowly the programming unravels. And this is a good thing. Be FREE! Live happy! Be who you are without the fear of some overbearing presence! I have never felt happier than the day I dropped this religion thing.
Be happy with who you are. Good luck, seriously, I wish you the best in whatever decision you make.

You'd be surprised how much religion has taken the original teachings and either taken them to the extreme, taken them out of context (both historical and the original scripture), oversimplified them,
or are straight up hypocritical.
More so how insultingly perfectionist it is in regards to sex/sexuality.
God gave us sex organs and LGBT people and the ability to feel sexual pleasure.
Don't screw with what god gave us.

Don’t let your sins weigh you down. However, don’t let your freedom in Christ makes you think little of sin.
REMEMBER:
”When you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. So what advantage did you then get from the things of which you now are ashamed? The end of those things is death. But now that you have been freed from sin and enslaved to God, the advantage you get is sanctification. The end is eternal life. For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.“
Romans 6:20-23 [-] NRSV
”For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.“
Romans 8:38-39 [-] NRSV
”If for this life only we have hoped in Christ, we are of all people most to be pitied. But in fact Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who have died. For since death came through a human being, the resurrection of the dead has also come through a human being; for as all die in Adam, so all will be made alive in Christ.“
1 Corinthians 15:19-22 [-] NRSV
Don’t let those outside of the faith mislead you with lofty words (even if some are well meaning). We’re all sinners, but we who believe in Jesus are saved and in the hands of an almighty and loving and righteous God.
God’s grace be with your spirit

Don't let the enemy drag you down, I know that all TOO well.
And for those saying it's "religion", no FAR from it's about an relationship with God and believing that His ONE and ONLY Son Christ Jesus died on the cross to redeem ALL from their sins.
It's not an easy journey but well worth being set free from the temporary Earthly and sinful desires of this fallen world.
So DON'T give up the fight against the devil and his lies.

If only.
All I find in a Christian relationship is like a toxic relationship.
"Love me, cherish me, worship me, or you'll burn in hell. I'm doing this because I love you."
It's the same as beating your wife or girlfriend to love you but if you don't, you'll kill her. And you're saying that you're doing those things because you love her.
A lot of contradictions in the Bible, and if there's an "ALL-LOVING", "ALL-KNOWING", "ALL-POWERFUL" God of Love, He's not the one in the Bible.

It's alright. Because of these, I developed anxiety and scrupulosity (a kind of OCD) involving intrusive thoughts about anything that kinda harms myself, harm others, or even blaspheme religions. They're uncontrollable.
And I got these hard existential crisis too, made me question about every single thing, including the reason why I exist, just to suffer.
I became agnostic.

The thing that a lot of people seem to miss is that God had every right to wipe us all out when we became corrupted with sin. We all failed him, and continue to fail him, and yet he still gives us a means of achieving eternal paradise - the only caveat being that we have to try a little harder to live according to his will. I personally believe that condition is absolutely worth the extra effort.
Don't let the religious zealots fool you into thinking our faith is more demanding and harsh than it really is. Your personal connection to God is more important than where you stand in our manmade religious institutions.
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
-Matthew 11:28-30

The thing is, Christian denominations alone are around thousands, and each claims they have the truth.
So the confusion will never stop. Dome might say " you have to read and understand your bible on your own." Then they will tell you "You're misinterpreting the bible wrong." Or "You're just cherry-picking everything to suit your need. Jesus isn't a do-it-yourself God."
It's why I became agnostic and I'm tired of all of it. If God truly cares about us and He wants us to just worship him for all eternity, He should have made robots, instead of forcing His imperfect creations to be perfect or burn us in hell for eternity if we can't.

Hence what I said about your personal connection with God being more important that what our religious institutions tell you about God.
"And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you."

We can't become perfect, that's the thing; only God is perfect. Since we're all inherently flawed, we have to prove ourselves worthy to be in paradise with him. It's this gift of free will that God gave us that allows us to choose for ourselves whether we want that or not. He grants us the freedom to choose because he loves us.

If free will does exist, then "God's plan" doesn't exist at all.
And what about the imperfections of us when we're born? You cannot blame babies for sinning, yet they have cancer. It's not even their fault that Even ate that forbidden fruit.
And the things you cannot control, like storms, earthquakes and natural disasters. That's not the people's fault at all. These exist already before us humans even existed.

The idea that our sins cause disease, natural disasters, etc. come from ancient interpretations of scripture that were perpetuated by religious authorities.
"As he passed by, he saw a man blind from birth. And his disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” Jesus answered, “It was not that this man sinned, or his parents, but that the works of God might be displayed in him."
-John 9:1-3
Pardon the following long quote, but it needs to be brought up here to address the Bible's change in rules that many misinterpret as contradictions. There have been several "covenants" throughout mankind's connection with God, each one being important for their respective time periods. A lot of the hyper-specific and rigid rules many Christians today still perpetuate come from the previous covenant that was explicitly overturned with Jesus' sacrifice:
"Now if the [previous covenant], carved in letters on stone, came with such glory that the Israelites could not gaze at Moses' face because of its glory, which was being brought to an end, will not the ministry of the Spirit have even more glory? [...] For if what was being brought to an end came with glory, much more will what is permanent have glory. [... Moses] would put a veil over his face so that the Israelites might not gaze at the outcome of what was being brought to an end. But their minds were hardened. For to this day, when they read the old covenant, that same veil remains unlifted, because only through Christ is it taken away. Yes, to this day whenever Moses is read a veil lies over their hearts. But when one turns to the Lord, the veil is removed."
-2 Corinthians 3:7-16 (abridged)

But why tho?
If he does that and cursed the ones who have never been sinned in the first place, the concept of a "all-loving God" is already contradicted.
And the test of faith has no use if He already knows what could happen. Also given the fact that He also ordered His "chosen people" to cause genocide to a country, murdering all men, women, and all children, and He also ordered to keep some people as slaves.

(Sorry my replies are getting so monstrously large, there's just a lot of nuance that needs exploring)
What God had his people do in the past is... impossible to understand from our perspective. I think anyone would agree. But it's important to remember that those events were from a previous covenant God had with humanity. He wants no such thing from us as part of his new covenant - the one modern Christians are expected to follow.
Why the drastic change in tone? Admittedly I'm not versed in scripture enough to answer that question fully. What I can say is that this shift was laid out long in advance:
"Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah, not like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, my covenant that they broke, [...] For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people."
-Jeremiah 31:31-33 (abridged)
God's plan here was to give us all a way to receive his word without direct confrontation, and to cleanse our sins without bloodshed. This was all fulfilled through Jesus; he was humanity's last direct confrontation with God (as he also is God), and his sacrifice was the final bloodshed that could atone for all our sins, past and future, so long as we ask God to forgive us for it.
"And the test of faith has no use if He already knows what could happen."
This is one of many topics that has no concrete answer. My personal understanding is that God can see all the outcomes to our actions, but leaves it to us to decide which paths we end up taking. I'm sure there's many people out there who would agree and disagree with that perspective. The thing is, there's many things we can never fully understand about God's ways as the tiny mortal beings we are. "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord." (Isaiah 55:8)
This is where the concept of faith ultimately stems from; the willingness to follow God despite not understanding why he does the things he does. I don't need all my questions about God and life served to me on a platter, I just need to have faith that God is doing what's best for me to grow as a person, even if that means suffering immense hardship for it.

Still, these don't make sense. They're just too large to understand.
And still, it's still injustice to put people in eternal suffering just because of finite "sins". And Christianity isn't the only religion out there. There are people who cannot even leave their faith cause their lives depend on it. Some are killed, some are humiliated. Yet they would get to hell even if they don't actually want to.
Christianity, like every other religions, is black and white, it's always about you are with it, or against it, and there's no in-between. And the concept of "free will" doesn't sound like free will at all. "Worship me, or burn in hell for eternity."
