In Quebec, we have plenty of festivals of all kinds, but the one that makes us proud (especially for Simone and Matiah) is the poutine festival.
It is a festival that serves potatoes with cheese, covered with a brown sauce. A dish created in our province!
This year, the festival broke a record of poutine served and eating. All this is due to two dragoness who brought several poutine to eat alone.
It makes the cooks so proud that they are deciding to make a mega big poutine in the shape of a dragon to thank them
Simone and Matiah who are fattening a lot, appreciate enormously this gift with appetite. ; 3
