Heh, for my dragon Merlock, he's partially possessed if you've seen it. He's fully possessed if he's completely transformed.

In this particular case he doesn't really change form. His color changes, eyes glow, voice changes, shadow changes(shows the silhouette of the demon) and his physical strength increases (when fully possessed). :)
