^u^ So many Amanitas this year... heck, really, so many mushrooms period. They really exploded this year after the drought status last year...
Amanita fulva, or the Tawny Grisette, is a close look-alike of the Slender Caesar's group of mushrooms... and they're also edible, but I'm not about to try them yet. XD I've only barely gathered the courage to identify the Slender Caesar's with confidence and try a nibble. Grisettes are very popular though, particularly in France and other mainland European countries. No wonder--they pretty and good-sized.
