Completed ref of my old dragon OC redesigned. I don't have much of a story for him right now however the jist of it
will be that he is a wealthy businessman/underground criminal mob boss. He is also greedy as the meaning of his name
suggests. Hording anything and anyone he deems valuable for himself. It's not always exclusive to money and jewels.
