Hoo's there?
Submitting to scraps because the quality isn't great.
Behind the abandoned house we were shooting at there was a barn with two Owls in it. We didn't manage to get any great pictures of them. I snapped this and honestly though that I didn't get anything because it was way too dark, but then I started processing the pics and it turns out that I did manage to get this shot of one of them looking right at me!
BTW, owls are much larger than I thought.

Egad - it took a serious camera 1/13th second exposure? My poor lil' TZ5 would probably be insisting on a full second, with that kind of (lack of) illumination! Cool going. ^_^
(A coworker's just picked up a Sony A380, and is hoping to use the waning moonlight to capture a local white owl in his neighborhood - might be quite a challenge, but ought to be worth seeing if he manages to pull it off!)
