Here's a fat doctor who is a vampire named Dr. Bulgula and this pooch is a doctor for fat people, now unlike regular vampires before him he dose not drink blood at all instead he sucks fat out of fat peoples belly so that they can be thin and they don't turn into vampires after he drinks the fat out of them either. If anybody out there is not proud of their fat bellies and wanted to be thing Dr. Bulgula will be happy to suck the fat out of your body so that you can live a happy thin life, in fact he should get his own television series as well.
