The radium, yes, although the amount of radiation in a radium watch-face or a radium control-dial is no issue if it is behind glass.
The explosives. No. They take that shit out when they de-mob the plane before they put it on display. No ejection seat explosives. No live missiles or ammunition, and that was not a real atomic bomb on display, just a model.
