a million and one things going through my mind at this comment, but I'll take the higher road on this...

This illustration is of the One Ring, one of 20 Rings of power described in the High Fantasy Novel Series "The Lord of the Rings" by J.R.R. Tolkien. The One Ring also makes an appearance in "The Hobbit", though seen in earlier versions of the novel as a simple ring of invisibility. The inscription on the ring is in an elven language, though the nature of it is evil, and is referred to as "Black Speech"...

The inscription reads in Black Speech as...

Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gimbatul, ash nazg thrakatulûk, agh burzum-ishi krimpatul.

Translated in English it reads...

One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them, One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them
