Things were going great in the early Spring of 2009. I had "All my ducks in a row," so to say. A good paying job, and the memories of Further Confusion were still fresh in my memory. I decided to reflect on how I felt at the time by drawing my character Mr. Foxy as a balloon vendor in a "State Fair" type setting.
