Yeah, that's what I thought as well, to be honest. I never actually knew, that's why I asked when you said you were 180-something. I was like "Uh... that's kinda unhealthy for his height ain't it...?"

People really gotta get over this bs BMI crap.. If i was 180 and over 40% fat that would be one thing.. im rather solid with muscle, burns more keeps me going

I wasn't saying you were fat for your height, it had nothign to do with BMI :P I"m just speaking from personal experience that since I'm 6'0'ish myself, if I was 184lbs I'd look sickly thin. (Especially considering I don't even look my weight as it is due to bone density and muscle under the fat I DO have.)

Im just a bit pissy about when anyone brings up weight.. People have varying structures and carrie weight allot better than others.. I keep getting told by doctors that im (Obese) because "According to the chart" for my hight i should weigh in at 130.... you have ANY idea how sickly i would look at 130!!! @_@


I have thick bones.. a wide build.. and thick muscle.. my body fat is lowish, (i will be the first to admit it could be better)..

I actually have to worry about NOT getting medical insurance now because i fit in that chart..

If your doctors are still basing things solely on the insanely outdated BMI system, get a better doctor who knows how to accurately measure bodyfat % (And preferably not with a shitty little Omron electronic bodyfat testing device).

Its not so much doctors (although they are just as lazy and guilty of it) its also the Insurance companies that are holding onto this obscure reference for weight. The HMO's are out of control when it comes to criteria and are putting people at risk left and right.

Oh well.. i got a nice thick strong body!.. XD fuck the insurance companies AND doctors! >3
