Halloween Sheila Icon (Animation)
I decided to dress Sheila up for the season...as well as I needed a new icon. 
had drew Sheila back awhile ago in a cute dress so I deecided to use it because why not. It was adorable. This was an icon base that I had drawn up a while ago, but I didn't think people would like it, so I just drew her up on it.
I think she's cute...and I did a lil blinky animation because why not? Took way longer than it should've, though. But I'm happy with it.
