Yeah, they'd have to be pretty big. Probably could be carried easily because they'd have abnormally strong shoulders for anthros. How you'd deal with the lightwweights bones for flight though... Probably not big combatants or up close fighting.

Not for a long time! XD It's been a while since I actually had a bird on my arm (once was ages ago as a birthday gift but I want to go again if I can).

they do have light bones, but that doesnt mean they are lightweights. birds of prey are very hefty and solid, part of why their wings are so large, because they have alot of muscle mass they would be FAST too... heres a thought chris...you know how owls wings dont make a sound when they beat them? how about an owl assassin? they would be deadly, nigh unbeatable unless you could perhaps trap them in a small space. even still gotta watch for those claws!

Ashley is about is about 6'1" so figure he's 155lbs? :)

I figure he'd be a little lighter actually. I'm just about 6 foot dead even and am about that weight. 'Course I don't have two big ol' wings growing out my back.

That's why I added a bit more. Anthough in my picture, Ashley is packing a lot more muscle tone than he probably should have. :)

If you think about it, it makes sense that the leg he's standing on looks more defined muscle wise. That one is holding all his weight and thus is working harder. Even on a scrawny guy like me, flexed and strained muscles become more defined until they relax.
