The curve of the back doesn't seem to flow naturally into either the tail or the hip. Whenever limbs cross body segments, you let your curves break, and girly figures don't like broken curves. They'll go find a man who keeps their curves connected. Also, her right leg seems to have been replaced with a tumor. Let's see if she notices.

Hands, left hand doesn't seem to know where the bones are at. She also has chibi head, so as soon as the hands get near it, the illusion breaks and they look too small, because they are. Right hand is better, though it is smart to stay away from the bubblebobblehead.

Also, her right upper arm looks like it's deboned due to the apparent lack of volume in the area where the biceps should be, and the lack of a subtle bump where the lateral epicondyle should be.

Her left hand looks a bit too triangular, the pad of flesh there should probably make slightly more rounded there.

Yes they could, but at least you've moved on to four fingers instead of three. Just keep chanting to yourself, three fingers is for animators who need to save time and effort because they used to have to draw seven panels a second, not artists who do time-consuming still drawings. Heh heh.

Her thighs are too short- perhaps take a close look at some hips, too, there is a subtle set of curve around the hipbones and thighs and buttock on a girl. Not just one big plain one.
