So, this is (some) of my newest character. She's existed for about... two days now. She's a fennec fox and... some kind of snake. Haven't exactly figured it out though. She can spit venom like a cobra, inject poison by biting (her venom is a super powerful coagulant) and she can kill through constriction(her tail looks like that of a snake, and is the most muscular part of her body and can easily break bones.)
Her name is Artemis, and like the Greek goddess, she's a hunter. Only... not really. She's an assassin. And she's mildly insane, and has an incredibly short attention span, so she's not a very GOOD assassin.
Anywho, she fights with a giant scalpel, which is mostly silver and has a black blade. No one who knows her thinks that she should have something so incredibly sharp, but she has never seriously injured herself with it in the past, so... there's no arguable reason as to why they can take her beloved weapon away from her. It is assumed that the scalpel had a name at one point, but she stopped calling it by its name, so it's been forgotten. She does talk to it. She does believe that it answers.
