This is the setup illustration as requested by 
train who wanted to see Yervaa and Heather get together. Suddenly displaced from the beach, a bewildered Heather is greeted and comforted by Yervaa the lady tauntaun who's forseen the arrival of this slightly unusual visitor from a world unknown to this galaxy as other locals scope out the new arrival. Except for the wookie, to him if you've seen one unusual fish race, you've seen them all.

It could be. I just drew a Mon Calamari naval officer at random though he probably looks a lot more like Ackbar than any of the others because I sketched this from memory except for the wookie and trandosian. Admiral Ackbar would be the one that would stand out most in my memory.
I think JarJar's term in the Senate and the fact that it appeared to last a number of years says more about the electorate than it does about JarJar himself. I wonder if Lucas was trying to say something about the voting public on this planet because Amercia's managed to elect its fair share of JarJars.
