Bio: Kaikoa, born and raised in Alola, jumping from island to island for years until his family finally landed on Melemele to stay. His sunny disposition comes from his sunny lifestyle, being very active on the beach and in the pools, and favoring basketball and volleyball above most other games. He's a free-spirited soul, favoring comfort and fun over formality and responsibility. Despite this, his Feraligatr mom tends to try and keep him looking proper when she can help it. She can seem a bit overbearing at times, but she means well, not wanting her son to turn out like his father, a Charizard who gave up on the whole dad thing when he was still picking baby-teeth out of his pillow. And yet despite being a deadbeat, his dad still tries to hang out with him sometimes, much to his mom's disgust. He hates seeing his parents at such odds with each other, and deep down despite his room-shining smile, it hurts having such a broken family. But his positivity is his most valuable possession, and will hold on to it to his last breath. And despite their bad traits, their good traits were passed onto Kaikoa. His proper mom's care and his hippie dad's jovial nature make for an interesting lad. Smart, if not a bit of an airhead sometimes. He's fairly popular at school, particularly with the girls, but is kind of oblivious to subtly. Luckily for him (or not?) a rather touchy Tangela girl has a wicked crush on him, and it far from subtle about it.

The Juicy Bits: Kaikoa has a thing for feet. His fetish is at least 50% smell based, much to his mom's dismay when he decides to go sockless. Free-spiritedness at work right there. If you can catch his feet on a clean day, or just don't mind the smell otherwise, you'll find that he's ridiculously ticklish on them. All over really, but his feet and his pits are his two red-zones. Sensitive more so to brushes than feathers, don't be shy about digging in some, his scales are soft but tough. But try to have some mercy (or not), he doesn't have a tickling fetish, though he is happy to indulge up to a certain point. Up until you reach his relatively low tickle-threshold. Maybe his natural smell is a self-defense? But it backfires though, his mom knows how sensitive he is and will pin his ankles down and scrub those big feet squeaky clean if she can smell them from the hall. Which has improved his hygiene condition admittedly, since he can't take the scrubbing. If they're gunna get clean, he might as well clean them himself. One of his more ironic interests is being tied up, which he finds a lot of fun despite being way too ticklish for his own good. He's a bit naive and lacking in foresight to look past the initial tie-up, unless you've given him a good tickling in the past. Then he's more likely to be doing the tying. He may not have a tickle fetish per se, but that doesn't mean he won't have a fantastic time tickling you silly. He looooves making people laugh, be it with jokes or by force.
