I have to thank LDR at Furaffinity for his wonderful picture of Leena: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/27070999/ . This chance encounter introduced me to the amazing world of Paddle Pop. Paddle Pop is a lion adventurer and mascot of the frozen treat brand of the same name. He also has a lioness mentor (and girlfriend?), of which this Leena comes in. They share roles as heroes in a vast series of animated movies, such as Paddle Pop Begins, Magilika, Atlantos, Dinoterra, Kombatei, among others.
More recently (2017) the feline duo has appeared in “After School Adventures of Paddle Pop”, a fun collection of minute-long stints. That series is supplemented with a short movie (“New Adventures of Paddle Pop”). The frustrating downside to the latter is that I could find no English language version, even though it was animated and voiced in the US for an Australian franchise! *grr*
Anyway, high school students Paddle Pop (aka Max) and Leena have taken the opportunity to spend their afternoon a nearby park, chilling out in the shade of a large oak tree. And ready to enjoy the flavors of their trademark snack!
