Yeah, that happens a lot. As long as they aren't making money off of it or claiming that they drew it, it doesn't bother me much.

Do most artists feel this way?

Oh, I don't know. I haven't heard from anyone else in that regard. I have seen a few journals in passing where people have gotten very upset if their work shows up anywhere at all other than their own account. But it happens so often you could make a part time job just hunting them all down and reporting them, and in my opinion it's not worth it. You have to expect that kind of thing when you post online, it's going to be passed around. Now, this was a commission and they aren't my characters, so if the person who bought it is upset with the video, I have no problem if they want to take the time to report it.
