Washimi's easily my favorite character from the series. Not only is she Too Cool for School, but she takes Retsuko under her wing (literally) and mentors her through some very tough times.
Plus, she actually uses her natural weapon to smash the CEO's desk in half and gets away with it! (It helps that he's rather hapless, but still!)
I'd have killed for a mentor like her. She takes crap from nobody.
