Chief Piberius, from the vore stories A Slice of Pi and Wilde Chymes. Piberius Nicholas Wilde is an alternate reality version of Nick Wilde, and the head of his world's ZPD. The tragic loss of his partner Officer Hopps nearly prompted him to quit the force, but he has instead honored her by working his way up to police chief (after Chief Bogo's mysterious disappearance) and has made the city of Zootropolis almost crime-free.

There are rumors he has connections with lots of disappearances but alas, they are only rumors. And even if true, most Zootropolitans are happy to look the other way considering all the good he's done.

Wouldn't want to test that rumor he's learned to eat like a snake, after all; it's much better to just assume all his sudden weight gain is from borrowing too many of Clawhauser's donuts.
