Red is actually a Shadowrun based character, he is technically an Oni, but they're a subset of orcs and though he's called an oni he doesn't share the same characteristics as the Japanese creature of the same name. He just has red skin and the horns.
Eli though is just an orc. He happens to have blue skin because I like to draw orcs with different skin tones, blue, green, yellow, purple, etc. included.
