So... I'm basically filling the trinity of magic (and making a dagger user) to fill up the Fire Emblem void. Plus: A Long overdue concept: A Pegasus Knight Trio I had been thinking on for years after my manaketes.
Here's my light user. And... She's one of my unique half mermaids. In that she's part Orca.

• Likes: Sunny Days, Crystals, Mud Baths, Quicksand, Spreading Hope, Swimming, Cute animals, Sweet and refined foods
• Dislikes: Forcing the light on others, Garon Loyalists, the Grimleal, Polluters of the sea, Rough and bitter foods
• Biography: Elpida is one of the ½ mermaids born to Junichiro and Palutena and is one the 2nd ½ mermaids in the family, with her sister Eupraxia being born a day before her, thus disqualifying the sisters from being legit twins due to not being born on the same exact day, and because of a delay in Elpida’s development which caused Palutena to remain in the maternity ward for an extra day. Elpida took up Miko work upon turning 16 and enjoys the tasks that it involves. As with her other sisters, she was very thrilled whenever her father returned home to visit his family after some time away from home, telling them stories of his recent travels. One that really caught her attention was a tale from Azeroth, where she was told of various battles with different monsters from that planet, like the N’raqi and demons of the Burning Legion. Hearing this inspired Elpida to be a messenger of the light to make even better use of her skills as a shrine maiden, which prompted her to pick up a light tome that Juni had brought home from one of his travels (as he can’t make full use of it due to not being as adept at magic) and take it out to start studying how to harness the holy light as her weapon. She had trouble at first, but with help from her parents, Elpida mastered the light, but unusually, classified herself as a holy monk. Though monks were usually men (But female monks were quite common in Juni’s realm), there was no denying her the right to the class she slated herself, too, and she, along with her other Fire Emblem bound sisters, assisted her father in the world of Fire Emblem, fearlessly taking part in the Gaian War of Light & Shadow. While Elpida is a friendly and kind individual, she can, and will, be critical at times when necessary. She loves it when the days are sunny, but while a staunch ally of the light, she flat out disagrees with those who will try to force others to embrace it and will not hesitate to actively destroy those who try to do this, believing the light must be accepted openly, not against one’s will. The best at preaching.
• Abilities: Elpida starts the party as a Monk, using the holy light as her main weapon. With light magic, she has a magical advantage over Dark using enemies, but is weak against foes who wield the elements if fire, ice, lightning, and wind. Given her priorities as a Monk, Elpida enjoys a good growth rate in magic and resistance, as well as luck and skill, but her defense growth rates are lacking, and she needs all the help she can get in growing her defenses. Her strength is lackluster, too, a common consequence when using magic. In the water, she can take on her mermaid form right and gain a x2 increase in movement from her basic 5 to 10 instantaneously. On the other plus side: Her Avoid/Dodge go up by 10 as well. Despite occasionally dressing as a shrine maiden through and through, Elpida is unable to make use of Rods & Staves unless she promotes to a staff wielding class. Fortunately, she is able to promote into a Saint that gives her staves, and the skill Slayer. She may also promote into a Sage that also gives staves, but trades Slayer for the usage of anima magic instead. She starts with the following tomes and skills.
o Lightning: Low Level light magic.
o Shine: Mid Level light magic.
o Seraphim: Holy Magic Art that uses 4MP to cast. It deals effect damage against Monsters, Undead, and Demons.
o Divine Intervention: The personal skill of Elpida. When Elpida is paired up with another unit, and she is the supporter, attacks dealt by monsters, demons, and undead drops by half.
o Magic +2: Grants +2 to Magic.
o Resolve: Multiplies the user’s skill and speed by 1.5 when HP is at ½ or below.
