Commissioned by Tiberius, this is a Birthday Present for his Wife Sunrise!
I was given free reign with the background and settled for a japanese environment.
Since Sunrise and Tiberius have such contrasting and basic colors I wanted a light-atmosphere where both would stand out. ( . w.)
Had tons of fun working on this one, even though I realized I need to practice dragons so much more orz
