• Biography: Tiara is a ½ Genie that was born of a special and unique union, being the result of a Magical DNA infusion done by the ½ Genie Shantae, Junichiro, and Julie Ultimus. Because she was born magically instead of physically, Tiara was born without bringing harm to Julie or Shantae (As they’re incapable of it unlike Juni’s mortal wife Palutena). At first, it was suggested that Tiara stay with only one of her parents each year, meaning all 3 would have an equal amount of time with her each season, but it was thrown out the window since it’s well known that children will do better if all parents are with the child. During this debate, it was ultimately decided that the best place was within the Hyperbolic Time Chamber in the Dragon Ball universe. The area was ideal since it was much easier to make the switch between parents. For 18 days (Which is the chamber’s equivalent of 18 years), she spent 6 with Juni, 6 with Julie, and 6 with Shantae, each. During this time, she was properly educated, and even taught how to fight, learning the art of magic from Julie & Shantae, and the way of the blade by Juni. However, she also developed a love for being swallowed by the earth during her times with Shantae, yet this was of no concern as there was nothing wrong with enjoying a sink in quicksand, mud, etc. Nonetheless, her time in the chamber came to an end once the 18th day had passed, and Tiara was very much primed & ready to see the outside world in its fullest. She got her first taste of action in the Fire Emblem universe, immediately being introduced to Juni’s offspring, and the manaketes he had adopted. But, upon meeting them, she immediately started groping Juni’s Fighter daughter Hiltrude upon first sight of her skimpy outfit (Much to his chagrin). Tiara obvious takes a lot from each of her parents being an honorable and friendly person. However, she has that “Katsuragi” style of perversion to her and can be as seductive as Haruka. Nonetheless, she’s quite the tomboy, refusing to wear anything girly unless it’s for cosplay purposes. One of the things she likes is wild game meat. Especially bear meat to the point she offered to take Lissa’s share of it at one point, but for all how perverted she is, she has no desire to see nudes of men, going so far as to smack someone upside the head at the mere asking of her if she wants to see some. Her love for getting messy is so great that she will purposely beard herself with the substance she’s being swallowed by at the moment, and she will even go so far as to grope any busty girl who is messy in addition. The most likely to build a personal harem.
• Abilities: Tiara possesses the strengths of both the physical, and magical world, respectively and her growth rates in these areas are top notch, not to mention her defense and resistance being great in addition. At the moment, she can only make use of her magical skills via anima magic. Nonetheless, Tiara has the inheritance of a strong ponytail whip and magic transformation dances that allow her to take on just about any shape she wishes. She starts with the following skills and weapons.
o Fire: The basic fire tome.
o Frost: The basic ice tome.
o Thunder: The basic thunder tome.
o Wind: The basic wind tome. Effective against fliers.
o Iron Sword: A sword that is durable and easy to wield. Has 40 uses.
o Gooey Rally: Tiara’s personal skill. Grants a +2 bonus of strength & magic to all units within her range, herself included. If an affected unit is messy, that unit gets a +3 bonus to strength and magic instead. Afterwards, this spreads the mess to any affected female that isn’t messy yet.
o Channel: Deals self-harm to restore mana. About 10 HP is lost if used. Cannot be used of HP is at 1.
o Enchant: The innate skill of her class. Enables the attachment of elements to a weapon based on the spell used, increasing the weapon’s damage based on the spell’s power. Limited to the spells that the castor can use, requiring one of the spell in question, and whatever mana the spell costs.
o Shadowgift: Enables the usage of Dark Magic if the user can’t use it already.
o Shield bearer: Inherited from Juni. Enables the unit to hold shields.
o Meditation: Inherited from Julie. Restores Mana on the turn Tiara waits on. The only issue: She can’t move at all for it to work.
o Aptitude: Inherited from Shantae. +20 to all growth rates.
