Cupcake Bulbasaur

Based on the fire/fighter and bug dex, I going to start one too, but the theme is food P:

Some alerts:
1. I didn't gave up on Dragon Quest, but sadly it don't give much views and don't attract many new followers, so now I'm going to do one day Dragon Quest and the other Delicious Dex.
2. If you had any idea for future pokemons and what food they should be based on, please be free to suggest, can't promise that I will make them and I will try to put your name on the description if I make it.
3. I probably not going to follow an order with this Dex, only that I try to make the full line of the pokémon before jumping to the new one
