Omg this is finally done! I'm super proud of how much I managed to add into this and how well it came out! This is by far the biggest pic I've ever done, and I really challenged myself with doing a lot of things I'd usually avoid. I learnt a ton from doing it though! Perspective and multiple characters are a lot less terrifying after all this xD

Amadi checked the time as he shucked off his vest and neatly placed it over the back of his chair. He'd barely made it back to his office with the extra time he'd factored in. The gold coin Grem Day for the holidays had been such a success, he'd never seen the museum so full of other Grems exploring and learning. He'd been bombarded with questions all day and absolutely loving it. He sat for a moment, skimming over the letter he had received a few weeks ago from a pair of Grems working in Charkras as guides and wildlife breeders. Some months back one of their best African Buffalo had died and they'd donated it to the museum. On receiving the carcass Amadi had seen why they'd chosen to donate it. They had successfully bred back to the original look of the species, without the grossly too-large horns and spiking that had been bred into the species centuries ago for a “more appealing” look. He had the specimen up and mounted within a few weeks, doing all the work himself so nothing could go wrong. He'd chosen today, the day the two Grems were visiting while on holidays to unveil it in the main observation room. The reception so far had been fantastic, with many comments being pleased to see more natural species from what humans had imported to Paleth.

Putting the letter back on his desk, glad he had at least a few minutes to relax he headed out onto the balcony floor above the main foyer. It was easy to spot the two Grems as they approached, they were huge! And so aptly patterned! He understood now why the letter had said he couldn't miss them. The leonine Grem stood over him by almost a foot, he was heavyset but far from overweight, more of a stocky muscle than fat, and he was positively beaming. “Amadi! So good to meet you, I'm Tsavo!” he practically boomed as he enthusiastically thrust out a hand, pulling Amadi in for a half-hug half-hand shake. This Grem was overwhelming and absolutely charming. The second Grem, equally tall, glided forward with all the grace of the species he'd been modeled after, the Cheetah, and a King Cheetah at that. Their face was almost completely neutral except for a soft smile, just enough to crease their eyes. “Greetings, and I am Savuti” they said in a voice like silk as a soft hand shook his offered one with a reserved but polite dip of their head. What Tsavo had in personality, Savuti had in a quiet but overwhelming presence. “I'm so glad to meet you! I hope I've done justice to Nyumbu. The work you are doing is phenomenal, he has a perfect likeness to the species.” Amadi smiled as he led them along the balcony to one of the far viewing platforms above the observation room. “And there he is!” he exclaimed as he pointed down to the buffalo. He heard a soft inhalation from his right and Tsavo out right gasped before turning to him. “Oh Amadi, he is perfect.” “Agreed, Amadi, you have made him live” Overwhelmed with the other Grems praise he bashfully rubbed the back of his head with a grin “Well it helps when you have a perfect specimen to work with! Let's go down and see him from the front, after this how about we head out to lunch? The holidays have begun!” Tsavo grinned and put a massive hand on Amadi’s shoulder “Yes! This should be a fantastic holiday, but first, I need a Hawaiian shirt for the perfect holiday spirit, yes?” The lion beamed. Amadi laughed and heard a muffled groan from Savuti. These holidays were going to be perfect!
