1. The Zoning
~Where i Work at The zoning Is one of the most fucking Stupidest thing ever, basically for those who don't know it's when you Basically make an aisle nice and next either you make all products look a wall, or make them into a "Back and front" zone, My biggest gripe is when i see Ridiculous item's in a soup aisle. Like fucking Cat food, Cat litter, tampons, toys, and other Fucking Bs items Luckily now a days it's rare to start zoning as thats overnights job but overnight Is gone on the 2nd year so its a Meegh zone or no zone at all.

2. Fucking Kids.
~You know i completely understand there kids and they like to fuck around that's basically there nature no argument what so ever, My biggest problem though are the parents not tying a fucking leach on there kids, and watching them from fucking destroying the aisle's, like for real one time i actually saw it happen Kid playing with soups and the mother is all like "Aaaw Your so cute!" but im like ".......Mother of the year" So yeah actually it's not the kids, it's The 16 and pregnant parents i should hate the most.

3. Getting shopping carts outside
~Fucking Hell where i work at every fucking wednesday (hump day) , and thursday all associate's gather shopping carts outside cause we only have 1 Cart pusher....Only 1...we had 2 but from i heard Management kind'a fucked the other one cause he followed the schedule but at the last minute they changed it and wam, so usually what we do is kind of a protest like most of the time's i come out and some other person does and we take our time...literally take our time and believe me it's fun when you finally get a tan for once :p

4. Customer's Blocking path's
~ uggh........Literally this is the cringiest anoyying thing i gotta put up with every week, Like the dogone Morons going blah blah blah and blocking Path's for customer's or chilling there, well i always found a way to break it up and it's just to say "Excuse me " and just plow through those blocker's Fml i really hate these type of moron's Especially when they put there shopping carts in the middle of the god damn aisle blocking everyone's path like "Hur Dur im gonna be that one reject and Leave the shopping cart in the middle of the aisle hur hur hur!"

5. Not understanding there language
~ i hope this does not sound racist but anyway im puerto Rican and i have a disability that's preventing me from learning both language (Spanish) im seriously struggling so hard to learn spanish and as a hispanic customer comes by and ask's for help i tell them "Sorry i don't understand." majority of times they understand right off the bat and talk english, but holy shit majority of time's they go off on me even though i tell them they be like IN ENGLISH "You puerto rican and you don't know?!" "Your name is ricardo And you don't know SPANISH?!" Thankfully my dad suggested i change my name tag To "Rick" cause of a American name but in a PR slang way, And when i did holy shit it worked as i see them eye ball my name tag and they can't say shit and just go "egh whatever".

6. Squeaky toys
~ ....................oh...my.....god....OKay put it this way what happens when a average kid drinks 3 white mocha's and holds a squeaky toy. you get a Kid that's gonna run around the store with a squeaky toy, Squeaking it's ASS OFF, AND runs around the fucking store for 8 hours straight! You know i don't mind it at all but at the same time Kids just....I mean the toys are in the pet's aisle...and i...i...i suffered PTSD from that cause of not one but 4 kids ran around the store with the toys...we were powerless...to do anything...and there parent's were Fucking no use to us........We just kind of sucked it up...and on this day when i go to sleep...i would literally hear them....around me.....Help...

7. Schedule's
~ ooooooh Boy this is gonna be fun....okay so occasionally The best way to get what you want is to fight for it even though they disagree keep at it. At the same time you gotta be careful with your schedule cause if you ass put's full time on the schedule then oh boy the amount of days you work is gonna be ridiculous....and the days off could be dumb as fuck like someone had a schedule Of monday, wednesday,and Friday off (Because of me :P) I mean if your working overnight and you have a gap schedule like for example Monday, Wednesday and Thursday off, It really Fucking sucks Cause not only will you return from work but you will be tired as fuck and go to bed in the morning and you have about less hours of your time for yourself and by the next day you have to sleep around the afternoon and wake up around the night To not have that sleeping feeling while your working overnight....I mean idk how most of you worker's do it but that's how i do it...but oh well i contracted insomnia which is fun....so..yeah...but overnight at my work place is gone so me working at 3:00 p.m - 12:00 a.m is the best i got!

8. Fucking CELL PHONES
~ Holy shit nothing trigger's me more then Oblivious assholes blocking or bumping you with there carts all because they were in there cell phone's....and talking mad fucking loud to...Fml man technology has been Making most people more stupid huh?

9. No Thanking me....
~ This should've been top because this topic honestly really pisses me off when people don't thank you for your help, Like im sacrificing my own time to finish something in a fast paste showing you where the item is and your gonna quietly just piss off Not thanking me...Wow okay your welcome Douche Bag. I always Treat thank you's as a TIP like cash but verbally, Like trust me nothing calms me and feel's Appreciated on a hard day at work then those 2 word's So believe me Fella's those 2 word's will be more appreciated not only me but other's as well. If you don't then okay be those Kind of people *Coughs* Hang yourself *Coughs*

That's all i got maybe i will do more of this pretty soon but yeah Any associates out there wanna share there's? Cmon don't shy away, Let it all out! Fuck i forgot to put management into the drawing..oh well that will come soon.
