The muzzle spike was something I did a while back, when I wanted to see how heavily I could abuse a Luskwood Creatures stock avatar with my then-limited skills. It's probably not physically possible (not that anyone with a muzzle has an urge to get pierced, anyway), but damn if it isn't eye-catching.
