Now, THIS is a character that has been rattling in my head for quite some time. If Misuto was never designed, this was bound and determined to be the very first Pokemon OC I would've created. Say hi to my Lucario, Star! Definitely is my top fave, if not my number one face Pokemon out of them all, so I couldn't just let this idea die. I hope you all enjoy him!
