On twitter I asked people to give me suggestions of what to draw Mecha doing/wearing (mostly so I can practice drawing Mecha more). I got two different suggestions to drawing Mecha in a school girl outfit and then also to draw them dressed up as Sailor Moon so I decided to combine them.
