Aww, it's a Dwarf Hotot! They have a larger version of that breed called the Standard Hotot.

Did you know that breed was being developed in the 40's during the Allied occupation of Germany? While the Berlin wall was up, it was being developed by both sides using crosses of different breeds. One side crossed Netherland Dwarfs and Dutch, the other side crossed Netherland Dwarfs and English Spots, and I believe somewhere else they were crossing Netherland Dwarfs and... Polish? I can't remember. But when the wall came down and there were fancy clubs on both sides doing the same project, they came to this conclusion: Surprise! All three projects were being done independently, unbeknown to each other, and all were aiming to achieve the same rabbit--a white rabbit with black eye-circles, which the Germans later named the Dwarf Hotot. Fun facts, huh?
