And I couldn't help myself but to continue this
I don't know if I should bother coloring it seeing how busy I am though
What do you guys think? Should I bother?

Because I'm a big dumb dumb and I forgot to add this, here's the dialogue of the second voice:
Day 1. "Why am i getting in my own way like this!?Why am i so unwise?!!! I could be so much more! "
Day 3. "I am doing this to Myself! If I stopped wasting Time! I cannot even shapeshift properly due to my stubbornness!"
Day 7. "Emotional Detachment is part of the journey. I really need to relax more! This much stress is HORRENDOUS for spiritual growth."
Day 32. "Already? I knew I was making good progress but a 3rd eye so soon? Perhaps I'm not a lost cause after all~"
Day 272.:
a. "I shouldn't get too attached. Humans are merely pawns and toys at the end of the day."
b. "Contrasting my favorite moment of the day with useless drivel. Wasting time is soothing in of itself, I suppose."
c. "Making some Meditative and Yoga positions quite difficult I might add."

I like having different characters having different fonts as it gives an subconscious interpretation of how to imagine their voices.
There would be a point where both would have the same font with the exception of a few color differences, just not yet.
I've tried a lot of things and this was the best I could come up with in this current scenario. Hopefully that's a good enough explanation. :)

Love the markings on her face that appeared with the third eye :D Previous's employer pretty chill about the whole situation, considering that in their eyes, she lied on her species to get the job ! Not too surprised about seeing a kitsune in flesh and bone too ! Still can't be too common a sight since the MC had to research her new species...
Love how the two voices start to get more in synch with each other as the time pass, to the point that they're just an extension of each other after that year ! Does she shapeshift as a woman now, or still assume her old male human persona ?

The way I imagine the previous employer would be akin to "So you're one of them furry fellows, huh? Take the realistic (fur)suit off and get to work!"
MC would try pleading to work with the "suit" on but it obviously failed, the internship being about cooking and her huge paws being less than dexterous (with added bonus of small size and fur too). But no, it's most definitely not common and likely 100% undocumented with the exception of a few myths and legends probably.
I don't see a lot of compromise when dealing with possession, it's usually all or nothing so I thought it'd be cool to go with that approach.
And to your question, of course the latter. If her old male self just disappeared rent, school, work and all other services under his name would come crashing down. Not to mention getting family and friends worried, probably getting the police busting through the door too. Thus why I made sure to mention the parents being worried and her feeling like shit about it at stage 3.
