Looks more like a hippo face than a lizard. Its so rounded and looks like it will enter a feeding frenzy when exposed to white plastic marbles.

The right arm overlapping the left seemed to create a terrible break. I'm guessing you didn't construct that part.

It looks like her fat dresses to the right.

I'll have to draw Hungry Hungry Lizardgirls sometime.
And yeah, the arm does look really off. It was constructed, but somehow got moved around when I erased things.

You might want too keep an eye in the height of the shoulders and the hips, they look too separated to be comfortable.

You should look up some anatomic references. Constructing the body out of simple shapes should help too.

To add to what was said above, the clavicle ridges do not seem to attach to the shoulders, but rather, somewhere in the neck and the torso does not seem to bend and curve in accordance to the position and angle of the torso and hips.

Her right boob seems awkward. Treat boobs like sandbags, not balloons- you can't squish the boob flesh out of existence, it hasta go somewhere. In this case it would've gone up. Hips are crooked too.
