Whoa..you just keep getting better and better. :)

Something about his midsection seems off, though. Like it seems more sketch-like and didn't have quite so much effort put into it as the rest. You should put a little more practice into your hands and feet on dragons and dinosaurs. Look at bird and lizard feet for references, as I've found that very helpful.

Overall though, very impressive. I love the background. :)

I think it needs more variance in tone. Color variance and pallett are alright, but yeah... more tonal variance and contrast to get a better sense of depth.
