Perspective. the usual books help, But one fo the things I picked up from a "How to Draw Manga" book a few years ago (decades>?), was ti use a push pin to define your vanishing point, and then all you need to do is rest the steel ruler against it to put in all your lines. But for the basic books, "Fun With a Pencil" by Andrew Loomis is helpful. Also there are short thin books obn basic perspective as well, but "Fun With A Pencil", you can get ffor free as a PDF.
